It’s been 3 1/2 years since we had Cornerstone completely remodel our kitchen including our pantry, plus tile and paint our kitchen, laundry, living and dining rooms, and a guest bathroom. I’ve been remiss in not extending our appreciation sooner for the amazing job and results. Your tradesmen, from tile to cabinet installation, plus painting, plumbing and electrical, were all. very professional, friendly, and of excellent quality. We continue to get compliments on our granite countertops and thermafoil cabinets. Most recently, I called Cornerstone to have some repairs done to two thermafoil cabinets, the island baseboard and two cabinet hinges. We are so pleased with the work that your cabinet man, Wilmo, did to rectify all of our issues! He was so professional, informative and patient with our requests and questions. Cornerstone Builders recently completed a kitchen renovation at our home and we are very happy with the results. Several weeks ago, we happened to be in the area of your Naples showroom. We stopped in and met David Wagoner who gave us a tour of the showroom. We were impressed with David and with the sample areas we viewed. David met with us at our home, took our ideas and added his own, and developed a plan that we were excited about. After some revisions, we signed a contract and the work began. We were assigned a project coordinator, Jason C., who met with us and provided a schedule of work to be done. We were very happy with the demolition crew who went out of their way to make sure that all areas were well protected and cleaned when they were done. The cabinet crew was exceptional and truly cared about making sure everything was installed correctly. The electricians, wallboard repair men, granite and tile installers were all excellent, all under the very capable supervision of Jason. The follow-up on the few items that remained in the process was excellent. Overall the job went faster than we expected due in large part to the exceptional scheduling by those on site and in the office. As stated at the beginning of this letter, my wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. We want to express our sincere appreciation to David, Jason, and all who participated in helping us achieve the beautiful kitchen we now have. A testament to the excellence you have built in your company. We will be more than happy to recommend Cornerstone to our family and friends.

I have wanted to express my thanks to you for the manner in which you worked with me to remodel a bathroom. It became a bigger project that I had expected and would have been "lost" without your guidance and careful attention to the details. Thank you. I appreciated your understanding of my daughter's needs at that time as well. The men who entered my condo and worked on the project were all courteous and I was happy to have in my home. Two of them were exceptional. I do not know the last names, but I am sure you will be able to supply them. Aaron was here most frequently and did all types of things. He was always a pleasure to have in the condo, I encouraged him to play his music and let him do whatever needed to be done. When he and others brought the final piece, the mirror did not fit. He was not going to try to make it work, simply called Sean and they agreed it had to be resized. When that was done, Sean came with a couple of nice men and did the actual installation. I was fascinated when they threw that black stuff on the wall and said, "This had better work." Happy to say that it did. Aaron and Sean were reliable, professional and treated me with courtesy and were always smiling. Cornerstone is fortunate to have them.. . so was I. Having lived with my newly remodeled kitchen for a few weeks, l wanted to inform you of my great satisfaction with everything your company has done. From my initial meeting with Jason Chilver through the completion of my job, I couldn't be more pleased. My kitchen was transformed from a typical builder kitchen to a warm, inviting room that makes me smile when I walk in. All of your employees, from the granite installers, cabinet carpenters, tile installer, electricians and plumbers were very professional, friendly, and great craftsmen. We are writing to complement your employees on a job very well done. We contracted with Cornerstone Builders for a job to be completed in the last half of April, 2016. We were under a time limit, as we were leaving FL on May I headed home to Delaware. Two gentlemen in particular were outstanding, Brad Branson and Will Presto. These two gentlemen were the backbone of a project that we needed to complete on time in our newly purchased condo in Breckenridge Golf and Tennis Club, Estero, FL. Brad worked very patiently and professionally with us to make sure we were pleased with the selections we chose and offered expert suggestions and advice as the design process unfolded and reached a very successful and satisfying conclusion. Once the work began it was Will Presto we could count on to make sure everything was going as planned and when any bumps in the demo and installation process occurred, we could count on Will to either coordinate a successful outcome or if it was something he could take care of himself, it got done. All work was completed on time, which allowed us to be able to leave Florida on our planned schedule. We feel these two men should be recognized as exemplary employees and given an award for their outstanding professionalism of how to treat clients which will further enhance Cornerstone's business by the comments we will pass on to anyone we interface with that are thinking about refurbishing their kitchens. Great experience We signed with Cornerstone Builders to reface our cabinet doors and put in quartz counter tops. From the start, working with Paul Rorech, the salesman, to the template crew, the counter top installers, the plumber, the electrician to Kristy the girl who scheduled the daily workforce, all was done with perfection. They were courteous. They all worked clean and neat. The salesman came to us three times to see how it was going. They replaced all our outlets in the kitchen (seven) and they replaced two smoke detectors and added three more to keep up with the current code. Tony Leeber, you should be proud to have people like this in your employ. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Builders to anyone anytime. It was a pleasure working with your staff.

We just had a job completed by Cornerstone and I want you to know that you have really professional people working for you. From the very beginning working with Paul Rorech was a pleasure. He gave us suggestions on certain colors of Quartz and the type of faucet etc. and my wife said the results were beyond what she expected. From the first day when the demo crew came in and then the counter top people to the electrician to the plumber , they all were very clean and courteous. I can't leave out Kristy who called us every day to give us the schedule and time for the next days work. All crews were on time in fact they were up to 1/2 hour early. I think you already know how pleased Chris and I are with our new kitchen, but tonight I just wanted to take some time to talk about some things that really meant a lot to us - things that may seem like no big deal to you, but made such a difference to us. From the beginning, you've always been available and in touch , whether it be via email, text, or phone call. Your responses to any concerns were always quick. If there's one thing that we both dislike is to not have return follow up communication when we need it. We appreciate that so much. Thank you for that. You folks have just finished a remodeling project for us at our condo located at 4309 Mariner Way #102, Fort Myers. We would also like to expand to point out this is the third time we have used your services, the previous times being 2008 and 2013. During all three of these projects, Matt, the workers and staff were very helpful and responsive. And the workmanship has been outstanding. All of our neighbors in the condominium have raved about how beautiful the remodeling has been. We can definitely attest to your claim about the WOW factor. We would be remiss if we didn't call attention to all the advice and assistance we got from our salesman, Mr. Larry Smith. We went to Larry for all three projects, and really appreciated his suggestions on what should be done and how to get the most out of the projects. He has been absolutely outstanding. Having seen the work ethic of various contractors in this area, it was refreshing and a totally positive experience for us to have our new kitchen counters installed by your professional team. Your salesperson, Larry Smith was very helpful and we want to especially thank the senior installer on our project "Al." Also your template maker "Dave" was a perfectionist. Everyone arrived at 7:00 AM on the dot as promised. Work was completed on time with no cleanup needed on our part. We are planning another project at our office in the future and your company will be our go-to team.

I can not say enough nice things about your company from the salesman (David Wagoner) a kind and very professional person. The crews that came to our home were top of the line people, professional and friendly. They worked very hard and I was very happy with the way they cleaned up after each job was completed. From the show room to the finished product I was thrilled with Cornerstone and their top of the tine products. Hove my granite counter tops and the pantry they built for us. Special thank you to David, Stewart and Jackson, my husband has suffered from a stroke and like to talk and watch them. They made him feel like part of the project and that meant the world to me. Wow!!! I met Joe Krick through a job he was doing for my friend, Dale Shaughnessy in the vineyards. I was very impressed with Cornerstone's promises of efficiency and expertise.... Of course, I only did a replacement door contract., however, I was treated as if I were a port royal do-over. All the service men were on time, respectful and excellent. For sure, you will hear me singing your pra1ses...and once again, Joe helped me in many ways.. He is the greatest.... I may be doing some more improvements to my condo and you can bet Joe and cornerstone will be hearing from me. An extremely satisfied customer.

I want to take a minute to pass on our experience with a kitchen counter-top job that was just completed. About 6 weeks ago, we met with Ken at your office at 41 and Six Mile Cypress. Not really knowing what we wanted, he spent time with us, explaining all of our options, then went with us to your "warehouse" where all the quartz slabs were. We picked out what we wanted, signed the paperwork and scheduled the job. When we called Ken a week later to let him know we changed our mind about the quartz we picked out and decided we wanted something different, he said that was no problem and modified the original contract (maybe that was because the new quartz was more expensive; although I know that wasn't really why he was so understanding). Yesterday, our day started at 7:00 when Chris Spears (the Project Lead) and his multi-person team arrived to start the removal of the old counter-tops. They laid out paper on the floor to ensure the floors were not damaged. They completed their job in less than 2 hours and even cleaned up whatever mess there was. Very quick, polite and professional. When Chris's crew left, Eliecet Lopez (Tito) and Vincente Dorado arrived to install the quartz. While I couldn't believe there were only two people to do the work, they did a great job. They ran into a few minor issues, but were able to resolve them to our complete satisfaction. They were here for 11 hours, but there was a lot of work and we were glad they were able to finish in one day. Very polite and professional young men. Today, we had Keith Hatcher (plumber) and Josh (the electrician) come to provide the electrical and plumbing hook-ups. Again, both...

“Wow”, was the exact word I used when I first saw my kitchen cabinets installed, was amazing the difference. I want to thank my designer, Patti Baller who assisted me in the design, her experience and helpful ideas were most appreciated, together we created my dream kitchen. All the many people involved were always very professional, proficient and knowledgeable in the job they were performing. They all worked well with each other to give me my dream kitchen. Dear Brad, Mary and I are writing to express our thanks for all of your assistance and patience throughout our home remodeling project. We know it was a long journey with lots of changes, but you were always patient and provided solid advice with our design; and we could not be happier with the outcome. We love our new kitchen, bath, etc., and appreciate your (and Cornerstone's) professionalism throughout the process. We particularly appreciated getting a call each afternoon between 2 and 3 pm from the home office informing us who would be at our house tomorrow and approximate at what time. As with any aspect of our lives communication is the key, and as customers, we felt like the phone calls were a big part of Cornerstone's communication efforts. As you know, I was at the job site just about every day work was being done and everyone I met from your organization was always very professional. In addition to yourself, I'd like to single out two additional members of your team for their efforts: - Will Presto took over as the project lead when we were about 2/3 complete, and was instrumental in getting the project back on track and successfully completed. As someone who managed projects for a living, inheriting someone else's project is the worst, but Will did a great job getting up to speed, staying focused on the objective, and communicating with us. - Josh was at our home several times during the course of the project, first as part of the demo crew, then during the clean-up/punch list stages of the project, and finally during the final inspections by the county. Dear Mr. Leopardi: Having been in business for ourselves you sometimes get complaints but to few times do your customers let you know they had a very positive experience with your company. We had the pleasure of Cornerstone remodeling our 4 bathrooms this last summer. Todd Mortenson was assigned to us and we so enjoyed working with him. He was very professional, always upbeat, and very talented in the selection and design process. I have to admit I was a bit nervous about the remodel being done while were up north in Missouri. Upon our return I was so delighted! Everything looked wonderful and there was absolutely no mess!! And our November 1st deadline was meet regardless of Irma. In fact our neighbor texted me while our neighborhood was still with out power and asked if I knew Cornerstone was at our house. I contacted Todd and he said they had brought their own generator so they could keep working. Oh my goodness! How professional is that! We too are Christians and it is nice to support a Christian business and be so delighted in the outcome. Dear Sir/Madam, Recently it was my privilege to work with Wayne Phillips one of your staff to design and reconstruct our bathroom. There were a considerable number of workers who came to our home, including, electrical, plumbing, tile, reconstruction, and deconstruction! I was pleased with all of the men who came to work on the project. They were polite, gracious, and hard workers!! The ladies who called to inform me of workers coming were very friendly, and I appreciated their calls. I found a minor problem with the toilet after it had been reinstalled, a telephone call to Wayne on Monday, he immediately requested assistance from a plumber who came on Wednesday, and within an hour had the problem solved!! You can be proud of your staff!! Thank you Cornerstone, we are happy we chose you to do our remodel, and will always recommend your company to others. We came into your Naples showroom in September to get information. Lucky for us, the guy working the showroom was booked for the two weeks we were going to be in town. We were assigned Joe Krick to work with. We think he might be your best sales person! Of course, we have meet with Joe several times now, and have our total remodel under control. Hello Patti, just a note to thank you and the employees who spent the week installing our new kitchen. Your expertise helping us plan, select, and create our beautiful kitchen cannot be matched. Next, we are stunned by Cornerstone’s organizational plan to build and work on kitchens. The office ladies called and alerted us to days and times when work would be completed. Demolition crew was polite, efficient and very considerate of us and our property. Cabinet installers and counter installers were professional and efficient. Plumbers and electricians could not have been better working well together and coordinating the work; they always cleaned up after working unobtrusively. Lastly, we did several weeks of research concerning kitchen remodels. We read success and horror stories. Noting that Cornerstone uses only “in house” employees and no subcontractors stayed in our minds. Then, walking into the showroom at Gladiolus and 41, greeted by Patti and letting her help us understand the products and process, sealed the deal. Hi James, We wanted to write to thank you and to indicate our appreciation for the fine work that all of your Cornerstone colleagues did on our kitchen remodeling project. Your assistance with the design made it easy for us to visualize the finished project. Dennis was here daily managing the work and we certainly found him easy to talk to. Greg and Justin expertly built the framework, installed new drywall and a new door. They managed to clean up after themselves daily. We met two different sets of electricians, Dave and Kenny, as well as Junior and Junior. They all had some helpful ideas. Tito, Eduardo and Darrien did an exceptional job installing the countertop and the finished product looks spectacular. We learned a lot about drywall in Florida from Mac (MacMillan) and how he produces that wonderful textured surface. The plumbers, Joe and Chris, installed the new sink. garbage disposal, faucet, and reconnected our dishwasher, and everything is working very well. Overall, our experience with Cornerstone has been extremely satisfying and we would be delighted to highly recommend your company to anyone planning such renovations.
